Morgan and Jacob, the technicians, were very courteous and respectful of my home by taking off their shoes every time they walked through my house. After completing the main job on the outside unit, the inside unit was not working. Instead … More of them packing up and leaving since they had already spent many hours here, they persevered through the agonizing heat in my attic to determine the problem. They found the problem and fixed it and didn’t even charge me additional for their labor.
After being screwed over and over by American Home Shield, wasting my money with them by being disingenuous and sending a very very unskilled company, Airtronics to never fix my problem after 9 times; my trust level and nerves were completely depleted….as well as my bank account.
Enviromax came through like the professionals they advertise to be. Thanks Mr. Jim for your honesty and compassion. -
